Meet your photographer

Hi! I'm Jessica, the owner and photographer of Jessica Stidwell Photography. Pictured below is my amazing husband and second shooter, and our 2 children. We live in Harford County, Maryland with our 2 dogs and 5 cats. Yes, I said FIVE cats! I refuse to admit to being a crazy cat lady. ;)

I love Jesus, coffee, the beach and wine. If I could pack up and travel the world, my first stop would be India. I am passionate about my beliefs and am a chronic over thinker. I picked up my first camera in elementary school and I haven't put it down since.

Photography is my passion. Life passes so quickly, our children go from being newborns to graduates in a blink of an eye, and I strongly believe we need to capture as many moments in between as possible. When I see a photograph, it is so much more than just a piece of paper. It is a constant reminder of my children's smiles, how their laughs sound, how it felt to say 'I do', the smell of my children when they were freshly born. A beautiful portrait has the ability to rekindle emotions, to remind us why we do what we do everyday, and I believe every house should be adorned with these beautiful reminders at every turn.
